Rigid and non-deformable, very light, highly durable, stainless, it is suitable for use in the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and oven. In fact, it can be used from -20° to +250°.
In cooking moulds, it ensures excellent heat diffusion, rapid reduction of the temperature of the mold after use, and easy washing.
